Nautic Global Group was formed in 2005 through a merger of Godfrey Marine and Rinker Boat Company. Both of these formerly family owned businesses have rich boat building heritages, and their merger has resulted in true synergies - in quality, professionalism and distribution.
Nautic Global Group is now headquartered in Elkhart, IN and builds marine products throughout the Northern Indiana Region. Nautic Global Group builds more than 200 models within seven boat brands and sells through a worldwide network of nearly 400 dealers.
