Bob Moran - Chief Executive Officer

Bob is the CEO and President at Nautic Global Group and has held this position since the company acquired Rinker Boat Company in July of 2004. An engineer and leader, Bob has led Nautic Global Group to provide a high value boating solution for every boater's needs and has accomplished this by utilizing strong operations, logistics and supply chain initiatives to remove unnecessary costs that don't add value to the product. Bob's strengths and experience comes from developing companies that utilize and develop a strong, diverse and entrepreneurial dealer network.
Prior to joining Nautic Global Group, Bob was the CEO and President of Omega Cabinetry. From 1995-2003, Bob held several CEO positions at manufacturing firms across various industries, distributing products through a network of entrepreneurial dealers. These companies include Zimmerman, Berkline, and Eurodesign.
Bob holds an MBA in Operations Research from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and one in Engineering, both from Carnegie Mellon University, where he also minored in Art and Architecture. Bob loves anything related to the water, and favors coastal estuaries for his boating. His passions surround art, design and architecture and activities related to aesthetic pursuits.
Jim Orbik - Chief Operating Officer

Jim has held various leadership positions, primarily in leading vehicular manufacturing companies. His principal area of expertise centers on the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement best practices within manufacturing organizations, to improve efficiency and quality.
Prior to joining Nautic Global Group in January of 2006, Jim held the position of Vice President at Utilimaster Corporation. Under Jim's leadership, the company successfully grew top line sales by 85% and increased market share from 33% to 87%. Jim was instrumental in implementing lean manufacturing and Utilimaster became the only Commercial Step-Van Truck manufacturer to become ISO and QS9000 certified. Prior to Utilimaster, Jim held various vice presidential roles at Harley Davidson, Inc., including Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President of the Components Business Unit and Vice President of Continuous Improvement. Prior to this, Jim held senior management roles at Price Waterhouse and General Motors Corporation.
Jim received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Administration at Kettering University. His favorite hobbies include boating, barefoot waterskiing and golf.
Richard V. Gasaway - Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Rick has over 25 years of general management and sales and marketing experience in early stage and established firms serving various industries. His primary area of expertise centers on the development of distribution infrastructure and best practices within growth oriented companies to help drive scale in revenues and profits. Rick has successfully participated in the development of three organizations that led to successful IPOs.
Prior to joining Nautic Global Group, Rick held the position of CEO for MarketerNet, L.L.C., a demographic database marketing company in Chicago, IL and General Manager, Sales for NorthStar Systems International, a firm providing enterprise software solutions to large private banks. Prior to MarketerNet and NorthStar, Rick served as Vice President of National Sales and Marketing at Morningstar and was responsible for the direct management of Morningstar's institutional sales organization, corporate marketing group and the operational infrastructure for Morningstar's global sales effort. Prior to Morningstar, Rick has held senior positions in organizations that served the Healthcare and Insurance industries.
Rick holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management and Marketing from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Rick is an avid boater and enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife and four children.
