Our dealer partners also have a very important voice in product development. Each of our brands supports a dealer council that meets throughout the year to discuss how we can build our boats better. Our dealers are on the front lines, engaging daily with our boat owners, and we recognize the value they bring to the boat building and design process.
Finally, our boat owners are our finest resource. With a goal to incorporate the voice of the customer into every one of our products, we rely on communication from our boat owners. We gather this information through owner surveys, our Owners Clubs, Facebook, Boating Blogs, and direct contact with our Customer Service Department.
